Where will the workouts take place? They will take place on @lucylivefitness instagram page.
What happens if I cannot join in Live? Do not worry! The live workouts are uploaded on the @lucylivefitness insta straight away. This way, you will be able to catch up in your own time.
How do I know the times for the live schedule? The Live schedule is posted on @lucylivefitness insta page every Sunday for the upcoming week.
What type of training will it be? Full Body HIIT and Strength Training. We will work on all areas, including upper body strength and lower body strength. The HIIT workouts can be as intense as you want them to be - remember we are all here to get fitter and stronger and we are all on our own journey!
What will I achieve from doing the workouts? If you are consistent with the workouts your fitness levels will improve, you will lose fat, tone up and become leaner. You will find you will have alot more energy and most importantly feel good about yourself & gain confidence.
